Your Role In Helping Us Shape The FutureU.S. News & World Report is hiring an Associate Account Manager helping to manage a new product within our Education vertical which allows schools to create a free account to better manage their school’s profile on U.S. News. This hands-on role is ideal for someone with strong customer relations and communication skills, personal drive, and an entrepreneurial attitude. The successful candidate will be exposed to many parts of the business, including product, marketing, customer support and sales. You will directly contribute to the success of a growing revenue stream at U.S. News within our flagship Best College and Best Grad school rankings. Are you up to the challenge?
Assist new clients in setting up their free account, helping to educate and inform schools on the benefits and opportunity.
Act as the key point of contact for questions and day-to-day requests and track client interactions via our CRM.
Train customers on how to use and maximize the free account portal.
Collaborate with the Student Connect sales and product teams to facilitate upselling free account customers to paid accounts.
Develop an understanding of the offered features of the paid Student Connect subscription and be able to successfully communicate its benefits and successes to prompt consideration from clients.
Partner with the marketing team related to list management and messaging for marketing efforts.
Support the Student Connect Account Management team as needed with onboarding and management for customers.
Work closely with internal stakeholders including but not limited to product, sales and marketing.
