Essential Duties and Responsibilities

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned.

• Review financial month end close results in partnership with accounting team, while proactively highlighting and resolving P&L variances to prior month, prior year, budget, and forecast.
• Own the monthly revenue process from start to finish.
• Assist in the development of long-range financial forecasts, financial portions of the annual strategic plan and related budgets.
• Develop and measure financial KPIs. Use data analytics to investigate and understand key business drivers, leading to recommendations for business improvements.
• Drive automation of financial and operational reporting processes.
• Work with Business Intelligence Tools and develop dashboard/metric reporting as needed.
• Assist with other ad-hoc requests as needed.

Requirements

• Graduated from Accredited College or University with BA, BS or higher degree(s)
• 3-5 years of finance experience required.
• Microsoft Excel power user (shortcuts/complex formulas).
• Healthcare experience a plus.
• Working knowledge of Income Statements, Balance Sheets and Statement of Cash Flows required
• Experience with SQL, PowerBI, Tableau, PowerPivot, Great Plains (GP), and other technical systems a plus
