Essential Job Functions:

• Perform maintenance on all vehicles, equipment, and facilities in accordance with established scheduled and procedures. 
• Inspect all vehicles, equipment, and facilities for defects. 
• Troubleshoot/Diagnose faults or malfunctions to determine required repairs utilizing diagnostic aids and tools. 
• Identifies materials and parts needed to repair vehicles, equipment, and facilities. 
• Hoists, transports, and positions equipment as required using cranes, hoisting apparatus, and powered vehicles. 
• Maintain a clean and tidy working environment
• Other duties assigned

Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills/Abilities:

• High School Diploma
• 1-2 years of related experience
• Ability to work as a part of a team with co-workers of various skill levels.
• Ability to complete preventive maint., diagnose, and repair vehicles/equipment with gasoline and diesel engines.
• Knowledge and ability to trouble shoot and repair air brake systems and chassis components
• Knowledge of 12/24 volt electrical systems
• Hydraulic system knowledge and experience preferred
• Skilled in welding, cutting and rigging.
• Ability to work from elevated spaces (man lifts and crane baskets) in all weather conditions.
• Ability to operate all equipment on site

Pay:

$25-$35 based on skill set and experience
