Monday - Friday 2:00 PM - 10 PM, and as scheduled. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Personal Protective Equipment will be worn at all times while on duty (hard hat, hard toe shoes, safety glasses, hearing protection and gloves)
• Before work begins on any shift, visually inspect equipment and work area to ensure both are in safe operating condition
• Follow all company safety and health policies
• Report any unsafe conditions to management for repairs. Any defects will be barricaded, and a notification will be posted. Equipment will be locked and tagged out as required
• Report all accidents immediately
• Keep all high traffic areas clean and clear of any trash, debris, tools, hoses, or other miscellaneous items (use proper procedures for oil and other lubricants leaks and spills)
• Follow and maintain all applicable standards related to Environmental Compliance
• Report any Environmental events to plant management
• Help maintain the Pm program through analysis
• Assign tasks
• Maintain parts inventory
• Assist mechanics in safely completing jobs on time

EDUCATION:

• High School Diploma
• Or General Education Degree (GED)

EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES: 

• High level of safety and quality 
• Ability to work in outside conditions during all season, climb multi-levels by stairs & ladders, work from elevated platforms, use hand-tools (shovel, hammer, wrenches, etc.)
• Mine Safety and Health (MSHA) Knowledge
• Computer Software
• Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) WonderWare or equivalent equipment process software, JD Edwards (JDE)
