About the Role

U.S. Waterproofing is seeking a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Associate to join our team. This role will primarily focus on managing our social media presence, creating engaging content, overseeing online listings, and assisting in the management of our apparel store. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented individual with a passion for digital marketing and a strong understanding of social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities
• Social Media Management:
o Develop and implement social media strategies across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
o Create engaging content, including text, images, and videos
o Monitor social media analytics and adjust strategies accordingly
o Respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner
• Online Listing Management:
o Optimize online listings on platforms like Google My Business, Yelp, and industry-specific directories
o Ensure listings are accurate, up-to-date, and consistent
o Monitor reviews and respond to customer feedback
• Apparel Store Management:
o Assist in inventory management and product organization
o Provide customer service and support to in-store customers
o Contribute to store merchandising and visual displays
• Digital Marketing Projects:
o Collaborate with the marketing team on various digital marketing projects, such as email campaigns, website updates, and content marketing initiatives
o Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 2-5 years agency experience preferred
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience in retail or e-commerce is a plus

Additional Skills (Preferred)
• Experience with SEO and SEM
• Knowledge of Google Analytics and other marketing analytics tools
• Experience with email marketing platforms
