Responsibilites: 

Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Handle documentation related to employee onboarding, offboarding, and changes in employment status.

Prepare and distribute HR-related correspondence, such as offer letters, contracts, and policy updates.

Assist in organizing and coordinating HR events, meetings, and training sessions.

Support the recruitment process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.

Assist in the orientation and onboarding of new employees, providing information and necessary paperwork.

Collaborate with hiring managers to facilitate a smooth recruitment and onboarding experience.

Address basic employee queries and concerns, escalating complex issues to HR management as needed.

Contribute to fostering a positive work environment by promoting employee engagement initiatives.

Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.

Qualification: 

Proven experience in HR administration or a related role.

Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
