Job Description:
As a commission-based Insurance Agent at U Trust Insurance Agency LLC, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and enhancing client relationships. You will provide professional advice, tailored insurance solutions, and exceptional customer service, aiming to meet the diverse needs of our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and convert them into sales through networking, cold calling, and community involvement.
• Provide knowledgeable insurance advice and service to clients, helping them choose the best coverage options.
• Manage client accounts, including applications, renewals, and amendments.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and ensure client satisfaction.
• Remain informed about industry developments, new products, and compliance requirements.

Qualifications:

• Proven sales ability, ideally within the insurance industry.
• Candidates must possess a valid Property and Casualty insurance agent license in the state of Washington or be willing to obtain one during the trial period.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Effective negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and industry-related software.
