The Director, ORM - TMS holds overall ORM responsibility for the North America Zone – TMS BU reporting to the Head of Zone EHS. The Director of Operational Risk Management will lead the development and execution of the EHS NA strategy, the establishment of risk management processes and people capability to ensure compliance to relevant legislation, corporate standards, policies, and performance targets. Own the development and delivery of robust Zone annual improvement plans for the KHC Safety and Environmental Performance, Business Continuity Management (BCM), Asset Conservation, and Facility Security. What's on the menu? Expert knowledge with at least 10-15 years’ experience in Operations. Setting and implementing the strategy for NA Zone for Safety, ESG & Health. Own the environmental, social, and governance strategy and overall ESG Compliance Robust governance process to ensure actions and initiatives are delivered on time and in full Liaise and collaborate with Key stakeholders at peer group level and above across all Supply Chain functions. To ensure compliance to corporate standards and to align with statutory requirements. Promote safety initiatives and lead the evolution for the safety culture. Standardize health and safety to remain consistent. Compile safety programs and share standard process across the network. Practice safe working techniques. Implement and maintain health and safety standards. To drive continuous improvement toward global standard methodology in respect of all ORM key work streams. Required experience includes working with external regulatory agencies, ergonomic analysis and application, behavior safety training and auditing. Ability to multitask and work in a team oriented fast-paced environment. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, presentation and facilitation skills Well-developed written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to partner and communicate with all levels of the organization. Must exercise considerable judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills. Must be able to communicate and work with all levels of the organization from senior leadership to hourly co-workers. Change leadership skills: ability to influence others and demonstrate managerial courage.
