Mission: The CLIF Bar Brand Marketing team is looking for an Associate Brand Manager reporting to the Senior Brand Manager -Zbar & LUNA. Working with other internal stakeholders, you will support the brand portfolio strategy and priorities to enable consumer-centric brand portfolio growth. You will help develop and execute marketing plans that deliver on revenue and profit forecasts, as well as share objectives. Responsibilities & Outcomes: The Associate Brand Manager will support the Senior Brand Manager –Zbar & LUNA with: Brand Strategy and Marketing (including design, content, & media). Play a key supporting role in developing and implementing marketing plans and programs for the Zbar and LUNA brands in partnership with external and internal marketing agencies to achieve key business results (includes budget management). Assist in the creative process including brief development, creative review and agency management. Assist the Senior Brand Manager with development and deployment of 3-year strategic plans, integrated annual plans, priorities, objectives and budgets pertaining to the management of the brands. Contribute to communication of brand standards that provide consistent messaging and imagery to ensure all marketing materials adhere to standards. Monitor competitive activities and identify marketplace trends across all channels of distribution. In partnership with Insights team, assist in the development of programs and surveys that help deepen consumer understanding and uncover consumer and shopper insights. Able to give oral presentations and prepare professional presentations using tools such as PowerPoint. Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, G-suite, and other tools. Pre-employment reference checks and drug-screening are required. More about this role Education / Certifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field required. Job specific requirements: 1 years of experience in Marketing or Brand Management (agency or in-house), preferred with a BTC (business to consumer) brand within CPG. Ability to work cross functionally, previous exp managing creative agencies. Ability to manage marketing budget under Clif Kid/Luna portfolio Understanding of the different elements of marketing campaigns and how these come to life Keen eye for detail and ability to evaluate creative against brand standards and provide feedback Analytical skills –analyze data and pull insights (exp with syndicated data is a plus) Travel requirements: 10% travel required Work schedule: This is a full-time role based in East Hanover, NJ with in-office expectations of minimum 2 days per week.
