In this role, you will act as a Program Manager (PMO) for Innovation Excellence (IE). This includes program governance, budget management, timeline development, status updates, mapping interdependencies across workstreams, and building operational readiness. How you will contribute: You will: Provide project reporting and status updates using scorecards, status reports, 4P (Priorities, People, Process and Performances). Lead stakeholder meetings with CMO and CRDO and IE leadership Team. Lead identification, assessment, and mitigation of risks and highlight/escalate areas for decision. Lead mapping of all interdependencies across different workstreams to ensure an integrated and aligned approach to Innovation Excellence across functions and deliverables. Provide updated workplan for all interdependencies. Identify areas for opportunity for integration (e.g. Change management consolidation of Nostradamus with IE) Understand and address pain points in Innovation Excellence processes and develop plan to unlock (e.g. Understanding complexities of Accolade and IE and developing workshop to solve) Support workstream content as needed. Confirm the completion and their readiness for implementation. Drive consistency and quality using the appropriate methodology and tools Ensure a clear timeline of deliverable due dates – including (and not limited to) Road Show execution, Bootcamps, Cookery Updates, Accolade updates/changes etc. Lead integrated approach for “BU IE” Capability. Partner with key Business Unit leaders in Marketing, R&D, Insights &Analytics, CS, PCM on BU maturity self-assessment, identifying gaps and constructing roadmap to accelerate building the capability within their BU. Provide outline of what good looks like in a BU, including organization, process and tools. Co-lead I2M enhancement activities with I2M COE team. Finalize design of stage/gate documents, ensure implementation in Accolade with MDS team, ensure understanding and adoption across BUS x-functional team With IE Change Manager, build and execute a supportive change management plan for BUs to build the Innovation Excellence capability. This is key in how we embed Inno Excellence. Support delivery and coordination of senior leadership updates on innovation excellence, such as ELT, e-MALT, BU or Regional LT, RDLT, etc. Lead budget management, resource planning and utilization What you will bring: A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge: Proven experience in project management methodology Excellent communication skills and able to drive effective discussions with project resources from tactical execution level up to steering committee members Excellent project planning and proactiveness in identifying risks and mitigations and managing strict timelines Strong focus on cost, schedule and quality of project delivery Knowledge of relevant business processes and related technology solutions Stakeholder management and ability to influence positively in decision making Proven ability in building effective teams across internal and external partners Strong conceptual and analytic skills – enjoys problem solving More about this role What you need to know about this position: What extra ingredients you will bring: Strong ability to be proactive and identify risks and mitigation opportunities. Ability to manage self and identify opportunities for the team and act on them independently. Excellent collaboration skills – able to drive interactions across the business.
