We foster an inclusive culture and are looking for diverse, talented people to join Alcon. As a Digital Deployment and Business Readiness Manager supporting Surgical Team in Ft. Worth, TX, you will provide business readiness services for all Surgical digital products across global markets; focusing on the successful deployment, onboarding and adoption by the business and Alcon’s customers. This person will work alongside the Surgical Director of Business Processes & Deployment, Surgical & other Lighthouse partners, global business stakeholders, both internal and external, to advance our digital footprint.

In this role, a typical day will include:

• Support the successful completion of deployments thru the creation of schedules, roadmaps, status reports for project governance and metrics for quality monitoring.
• Deploy and manage critical global digital tool support process of Change Management, Customer Care, KPIs, reporting and Onboarding/Adoption.
• Co-develop training materials, communications, dashboard content/reporting, and detailed project plans outlining timelines, milestones, resources, and dependencies content for back-office teams, systems, and processes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure business stakeholders’ needs are understood and addressed accordingly and develop and implement communication strategies to inform stakeholders about upcoming changes.
• Create/contribute to stakeholder facing status reports/dashboards.
• Ensure deliverables are produced in conformance with quality requirements.
• Monitor project progress against the plan and provide regular status reports to stakeholders, highlighting achievements, risks, and any deviations from the plan.
• Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Oversee the testing of new systems or processes to ensure they meet business requirements and function as expected.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement on communications by constantly capturing feedback, assessing team performance, and conducting retrospective sessions.
• In conjunction with peers, recommend and help design business process changes for better product adoption.
• Maintain regular and effective communication channels with all stakeholders, including executives, team members, and internal/external partners.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school 13 yrs; Assoc. 9 yrs; M.S. 2 yrs; PhD 0 yrs)
• 5 Years of Relevant Experience
• The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English.
• Travel Requirements: up to 25% International
