We are seeking a dedicated Integration Analyst to focus on configuration of IT Systems Software (i.e. software for integration of data across platforms for running internal end user/business applications). The work includes: •Identifying and analyzing business needs, conducting requirements gathering, and defining scope and objectives for the IT System. •Involves developing programming specifications, diagrams, and flowcharts, configuring, customizing, diagnosing, enhancing and testing vendor systems software to meet business requirements. They will also create functional and technical documentation of systems software programs and code. In this role, a typical day will include: Designing and developing the solutions to interface with the different workstreams/business customers and help develop the structure and processes vital to build out and maintain integration/migration platform in support of Siemens. Analyzing business and technical requirements to design and develop the vital integrations to meet those requirements. Develops, maintains, and establishes operational specifications for integration platform in support of Digital Thread initiatives. Working with technology vendors (Mendix and eQube) as well as internal IT groups to understand, develop and detail the platforms, integrations and applications necessary to enable the digital thread for Alcon. Partnering with business and business facing IT teams to determine system requirements, develop dataflow models and define vital PQ testing needs. Partnering with vendors/internal developer to write and implement IQ/OQ testing and documentation. Designing and implementing support model for new enterprise integration applications. Ensuring a complete understanding of business needs and objectives, and proactively proposes IT solutions for the business unit. WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO ALCON: Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school 13 yrs; Assoc. 9 yrs; M.S. 2 yrs; PhD 0 yrs) The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English 5 Years of Relevant Experience Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of computer system capabilities, business processes, and workflow. Ability to identify problems and develop solutions. Experience with validation of GxP applications Experience in regulated industry (Medical devices) preferred Experience with ETL/integration tools (eQube, Mendix, Mulesoft, etc.) Agile learner willing to take on new challenges Strong communication skills, including problem solving and collaboration (working with and leading a team) Experience with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) Experience with Siemens Teamcenter, Polarion a plus How You Can Thrive At Alcon: Benefit from a growing, innovative environment.
