Compensation:
Pay Range: $17.95 - $29.20 / hour

Job Description:
Through on-the-job training, to learn to perform non-invasive neurodiagnostic procedures (e.g. transcranial doppler studies, neurovascular ultrasounds, digital EEG, transmissions for outreach hospital, and ambulatory EEG). To alert nursing and/or technologist staff when clinical seizures or other paroxysmal events occur. To assist with various techniques and operation of conventional and/or portable equipment needed to perform a variety of neurodiagnostic procedures under the technical supervision of a lead or supervisor. To demonstrate an awareness of neurodiagnostic safety and promote equipment checks and maintenance to help ensure the maintenance of a safe operating environment. This is an entry level position requiring no prior experience performing neurodiagnostic studies. This position does not analyze data.
