About the Role:
The Uber for Business (U4B) Enablement Technology Manager will play a pivotal role in empowering our Go-to-Market teams through the strategic implementation, management, and optimization of enablement technologies. This role will be responsible for evaluating, deploying, and maintaining the tools and platforms that drive sales effectiveness, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems, and providing ongoing support and training to the sales teams. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of sales processes, a strategic mindset, technical skills, and a passion for leveraging technology to enhance sales performance. The ideal candidate will balance the scrappiness of a start-up veteran with the maturity and sophistication of a big-tech professional.
This position will work closely with our Business Technology and Engineering teams, our Sales Operations Systems and Tools teams, and directly with front-line sales managers and their GTM teams.
We are looking for a self starter who builds relationships, assesses opportunities, develops informed solutions and delivers measurable results. The ideal candidate can execute multiple projects simultaneously without sacrificing quality and is skilled at simplifying the complex and influencing without authority. Basic Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a related field.
Proven experience managing and implementing sales enablement tools and platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Gong, Highspot, Groove).
Proficiency with CRM systems, sales automation tools, and data analytics platforms.
Familiarity with integration tools (e.g., Zapier, APIs) and data management best practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
For Atlanta, GA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$88,000 per year - USD$98,000 per year.
For Chicago, IL-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$99,000 per year - USD$110,500 per year.
For Dallas, TX-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$99,000 per year - USD$110,500 per year.
For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$110,000 per year - USD$122,500 per year.
For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$110,000 per year - USD$122,500 per year.
For Washington, DC-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$110,000 per year - USD$122,500 per year.
