Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Inventory Bin Maintenance Technician. This position will work 1 st shift, Monday-Friday 7:00am-4:00pm on site at our fulfillment center in Canton, GA. This position is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and organization of inventory bins within our facility. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proficiency in identifying appropriate storage locations for items based on factors such as size, weight, and special handling requirements.
• Ability to set up and maintain the inventory management system to accurately reflect item locations and quantities.
• Assigning bin locations within the system and ensuring consistency between physical storage and digital records.
• Collaborating with inventory managers and other stakeholders to optimize storage space.
• Ensure that all items are stored in designated bins.
• May assist with cycle counting as needed.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while performing bin maintenance tasks.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to inventory management.

Qualifications:

• Prior warehouse experience required.
• Previous experience in inventory management and verification required.
• Experience with warehouse management software is a plus but not required.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Detail-oriented and able to maintain accuracy in inventory records.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Basic computer skills with proficiency in Excel required for data entry, system updates, and report generation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted.
• Prior experience operating forklift or electric pallet a plus, but not required.
