What you will be doing:

Our team of consumer electronics technicians have great passion for troubleshooting and repairing computers, tablets, cellphones, and anything with a power button! We sell solutions-based products and services and provide fast, accurate repairs on devices that build long-lasting relationships. The store manager will work inside a retail store managing the team of technicians while being a technician themselves, be the face of Asurion for their local customers, delivering award-winning and personalized customer experiences.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of repair technicians to strive for great customer service, meeting turn around times, and driving for profitability.
• Make sure the store is scheduled efficiently
• Repair a variety of electronic devices including but not limited to smartphones, tablets, and computers.
• Provide customers with solutions with our in-store services and Asurion connected home products.
• Ensure the location keeps accurate records of parts and materials during repairs
• Maintain a tidy and clean store at all times
• Perform in your role and achieve your goals by maintaining store profitability, keeping high customer satisfaction, keeping controllable loss to a minimum, staying timely on admin duties, and ensuring your team drive for non-repair revenue which improves their bonus.
