Location: Grandville, MI **Job Description**
We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our Culinary Team. Uccellos has a fast paced kitchen offering award winning Italian Family Recipes to our Guests in a relaxed atmosphere. We are looking for individuals who want to join our Uccellos Family and help us continue our growing success. Job Duties include:
* Knowing and compiling consistently with our standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies and procedures.
* Maintains a clean and sanitary work station Handles, stores and rotates all products properly.
* Assists in food prep assignments during off-peak periods as needed.
* Performs other related duties as assigned by the Chef or manager-on-duty.
**Requirements**
**The successful applicant will:**
* Have previous experience working in a high volume kitchen
* Availability on weekends (mandatory)
* Flexible scheduling
* 2 years of cooking experience
* Be able to excel in a guest and team-oriented environment
* Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
* Be able to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food frequently weighing up to 20 to 25 pounds.
**Compensation & Benefits:**
