Position SummaryThe Unit Service Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and performing a broad range of clerical support functions in the nursing unit. Specific duties include performing reception functions. collecting and compiling patient data. assembling medical records. and assisting with patient admission/discharge. Performs routine patient care functions as needed and will perform other related duties as required.

Salary RangeHourly Rate Minimum $27.17 Midpoint $27.17 Maximum $27.17
Required QualificationsMust be able to work variable shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Prior work administrative/clerical experience, preferably in a medical setting
Preventative Management of Assaultive Behavior (PMAB) Certification within 3 months of hire and annually thereafter
Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English
Preferred QualificationsBilingual skills in English and Spanish and/or Vietnamese
Understanding of medical terminology and Universal Precautions
