The Administrative Officer II (AO2) will perform tasks that allow radiologist to focus on their primary clinical functions. These tasks include but are not limited to:

• Facilitate and enhance the working environment for the Radiology department by improving workflow to increase efficiency and productivity
• Handling outgoing and incoming communications
• Make data-driven suggestions to improve the delivery of care
• Prepare and analyze critical metrics in the entire imaging process
• Responsible for developing and maintaining the course curricula & training materials for their application
• Responsible for the testing, training and deployment of core IT application systems as they relate to the viewing and reporting of Radiologic studies in the Department of Radiology
