You can do all this and more at UCLA Health. In this key position, you will provide strong leadership and day-to-day operational support to the front-end FPG Financial Clearance Unit. This will include direct staff-level oversight for Insurance Verification, Authorization/Referral Management, Pre-Registration/Pre-Service Collections, and the Patient Advocacy Team. You will: · Ensure the achievement of performance and quality standards · Establish work prioritization for staff · Ensure tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner · Coordinate and provide backup coverage for all workflow assignments · Coach/mentor team in adherence with FPG guidelines · Identify risks and propose mitigation solutions Note: This posted position is 1 of 3 positions available for hire.
