QualificationsRequired:
- Ability to prioritize and organize projects through multiple phases. Ability to meet deadlines and follow through on multiple tasks simultaneously with careful attention to detail.
- Skill in working as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues, and ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with faculty, staff and administrators.
- Ability to use good judgment when dealing with confidential or sensitive information
- Oral and written communication skills to obtain and convey information clearly, concisely, and accurately.
- Ability to observe established office policies and procedures.
- Knowledge in MS Access, Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Ability to handle confidential materials and information with discretion.
- Skill in working independently and following through on assignments with minimal directions.
- Ability to establish and maintain rapport with University faculty and staff, as well as with people from Non-University entities, to effectively and efficiently solve problems
- Experience setting up AV equipment, Zoom, etc.
- Working knowledge of University forms and procedures.
