Responsible for preparing estimating, scheduling or cost engineering data to provide accurate information to be used for project planning and analysis of project status. Provides efficiency and accuracy in the process of generating project controls data, and provide timeliness and accuracy in the process of gathering project cost and progress data. Limited use and/or application of basic principles, theories, and concepts. Limited knowledge of Project Controls practices and standards. Will Provide Support To The Following Functions
Support daily, weekly and monthly reporting requirements.
Prepares and keeps current project schedules for monitoring and tracking requirements.
Identifies and records the impact of work performed and not performed as scheduled. Evaluate actual progress and provide regular schedule updates.
Assist in managing project schedule baseline and change control.
Assists with the preparation of detailed monthly cost and schedule analyses.
Determines schedule dates for work activities within a discipline area or specialty.
Assists in the development of the job hour expenditure and non-labor requirements remaining for a specific scope.
Job-Related Qualifications RequiredEducation/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, project management, construction management, engineering or other related discipline plus 2 years of related work experience; or equivalent combination of education and directly relevant work experience. Required Skillset
Minimum 2 year experience in a business environment dealing with a formal change control environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate communications from technical to non-technical.
Desired SkillsetWorking knowledge of project controls related software packages including Oracle ® Primavera P6
