**Overview:** We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction project management and possess a strong understanding of project scheduling, contract management, and construction estimating. **Duties:** - Oversee and manage construction projects from conception to completion - Develop project plans, including scope, budget, and schedule - Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers - Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budget - Prepare and review project documentation and reports - Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and safety compliance - Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide project updates **Experience:** The successful candidate should possess the following skills: - Proficiency in project management software such as ProCore, Primavera, Prolog - Strong knowledge of construction estimating and project scheduling - Ability to interpret and build from schematics - Experience with HeavyBid for construction bids - Excellent contract management skills This position offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience and the opportunity to work on exciting construction projects.
