Who You Are : As a Patient Care Coordinator at our Kid's Corner location in Fullerton, California, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the dental clinic.

You are a compassionate and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care. With strong organizational and interpersonal skills, you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working as part of a dedicated team.

Responsibilities

Welcome patients and provide a warm and friendly reception.

Assist with patient check-in, including verifying personal and insurance information.

Schedule appointments and follow-up visits, maximizing the efficiency of the dentist's schedule.

Coordinate treatment plans, referrals, and necessary paperwork.

Handle patient inquiries and provide accurate information regarding services, fees, and insurance coverage.

Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality.

Collaborate with dental professionals and staff to ensure outstanding patient care.

Stay updated on dental insurance policies and billing procedures.

Assist with office administrative tasks as needed.

What You'll Bring :

Previous experience in a similar role in a dental setting required.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

Attention to detail and exceptional organizational abilities.

Proficiency in dental software and scheduling systems.

Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of dental insurance policies and procedures is a plus.

What We Offer :

Full Time Opportunity, Alternative Work Schedule, Monday through Thursday (must be able to work one Saturday a month).

Up to $25 per hour.

401(k) and up to a 4% match.

Alternative Schedule

Monday : 7 : 30 am 6 pm, 1 hour lunch

Tuesday : 7 : 30 am 6 pm, 1 hour lunch

Wednesday : 9 am to 6 pm, 1 hour lunch

Thursday : 9 am to 6 pm, 1 hour lunch

Friday 8 : 30 am to 2 pm, no lunch - once a month

Saturday 8 : 30 am to 2 pm, no lunch - once a month
