Office Laborer/Administrative Assistant

Contract Anchorage , Alaska Contract Mar 18, 2021 **Office Laborer/Administrative Assistant**

Our Client, local Anchorage business, is in late stages of relocating into a new office building and need assistance through the end of May.

The **Office Laborer/Administrative Assistant** is responsible for: * Assisting in setting up and arranging employee offices and workspaces

* Provide ongoing office maintenance, including restocking, cleaning, and organizing

* Set-up of conference areas for meetings

* Interfacing with clients and employees while covering the reception desk

* Mail coordination and delivery

* Other duties as assigned

The Client is looking for highly motivated and engaging individuals who are quick on their feet, social and welcoming to meet the needs of the reception desk, and capable of heavy lifting with experienced using basic work tools (setting up work stations, shelving units, etc.).

Requirements:

* Drivers license required - You may be asked to drive company vehicles

* Ability to pass background check and drug screening

**Pay: $24/hour**

**Location: Anchorage**

**Start/End Dates: ASAP through end of May**

**Hours: MondayFriday, 7:30am4:30pm**
