Work Location: Greenville, SC
Plumbing Designer-Responsibilities:
- Perform walk-down field systems with minimal guidance, interpret field direction, generate advanced design details, create new drawings, and modify existing drawings
- Read, interpret, and generate design drawings with minimal input from a member of the engineering staff
- Review vendor equipment documentation for compliance with project requirements and actively seek discrepancyresolution
- Work as a team
- Review and direct work by other designersusing S3D modeling software
- Accredited two (2) year degree in applicable field of study (preferred but not required)
- A minimum of ten (10) years of drafting/designer experience in the engineering and construction fields
- Ability to generate isometric drawings using S3D
- Highly skilled in computer-aided design and drafting (CADD) applications to originate and produce drawings and 3D models of moderate to advanced complexity
- Generate advanced design details, create new drawings, and modify existing drawings
- Direct, check and approve work done by other Designers
- Proficient in S3D software
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Ability to walk-down field systems with minimal guidance and interpret field direction
- Work fifty (50) hours per week as needed
