Cobalt Search is Hiring a Dental Receptionist Near Los Angeles, CA

Our client is a reputable dental clinic located in Los Angeles, dedicated to providing exceptional dental care and creating beautiful smiles. They have retained us to find a highly customer-focused and motivated Dental Receptionist to play a vital role in creating a positive and welcoming environment for patients.

In this role your primary responsibilities will involve checking in dental patients, managing hygiene appointments, handling payments, and making outbound calls to ensure excellent patient care and build and maintain strong relationships with the team and the patients.

Key duties of a Dental Receptionist:

  • Greet and check-in patients, updating their records as needed.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate with dental providers.
  • Collect payments and provide billing information.
  • Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, or in person, addressing patients' questions or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Make outbound calls to encourage patients to schedule appointments and ensure their oral health.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Ensure compliance with privacy regulations.

Skills and experience required:

  • Previous receptionist or customer service experience required in a Dental Practice or similar environment.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills to provide a friendly and professional patient experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional.

As a Dental Receptionist you will work full-time, Monday to Thursday (8:30am-5pm) and Friday (7am-4pm). In addition to an attractive salary paying up to $35 per hour, you will enjoy benefits that include 401(k) with matching, health insurance, PTO, sick leave and bonus.
