Manages the web-based organ donor information system. Organizes and executes control functions, including input-output validation and quality control, security and maintenance. Designs, develops and conducts special studies pertaining to quality improvement. Collects data and assists with analysis as appropriate. Is a resource to organ procurement organization (OPO) staff regarding system computer operations, and is the project manager for naviGATOR, the internal web-based program. Responsible for compiling, maintaining and dispatching monthly, quarterly and annual required statistical information regarding donors, organs, tissues and transplant recipient information to state, regional and federal agencies. Accountable for participation in the quality assurance (QA) program related to donor record review, participation in internal and external audits, and the facilitation of continuous quality improvement (CQI) activities. Strong interpersonal skills required, as customers include 30 employees at LifeQuest and multiple transplant center personnel around the country. Travel required 2–3 times per year.

Minimum Pay Rate - Hourly: $23.41 Midpoint Pay Rate - Hourly: $32.41
