OverviewThe Recruiting and On-Boarding associate is the point of contact for candidates once they enter the new hire stage (post offer) to begin the on-boarding process; continually update the Staffing Grid with the new hire's progress; send background checks and ensure an excellent new hire experience throughout the on-boarding process.
QualificationsRequired Education: High School Diploma or GED
Preferred Education: Bachelor's degree
Required Licensure/Certifications: N/A
Preferred Licensure/Certifications: N/A
Required Experience: 1-2 years Human Resources experience
Preferred Experience: HR related experience in recruiting and onboarding processes.
