Manages the vendor management team and its day-to-day operations. Serves as the primary vendor contact and liaison between leadership and revenue cycle vendors. Collaborates effectively with internal stakeholders. Develops and maintains strong, successful relationships with multiple revenue cycle vendors. Initiates and manages vendors processes of contract terminations, expirations, extensions, renewals and onboarding. Monitors vendor performance and compliance with contractual obligations.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in health care or business administration, supply chain, finance or related field required.
• Requires three years of experience in contract administration or management.
• Demonstrated ability to initiate and complete projects successfully.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data management and recordkeeping required.
• Excellent collaborative and interpersonal skills.
• Strong foundation in cost-benefit analysis and financial feasibility studies.
• Works independently and self-motivated.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite required.
• Knowledge of legal terminology and conditions.

Motor Vehicle Operator Designation (Required):
Employee in this position will operate vehicles for an assigned business purpose as a "non-frequent driver."

NOTE: A frequent driver is defined as one who uses his/her personal or University of Florida Health automobile a) at least once daily, b) at least five individual trips per week or c) drives, on average, over 150 miles per week in the performance of his/her job.
