The Uftring Auto Group consists of eleven automotive franchises at six car dealerships in Peoria, East Peoria, Washington and North Pekin, Illinois. Responsibilities
Maintain customer satisfaction level established by management
Maintain dealership prescribed standard for hours and dollars per repair order
Understand and follow federal, state, and local regulations
Ensure that all documents are accounted for
Accomplish the forecast that has been established
Schedule appointments for team efficiency
Communicated with customers to determine the nature of mechanical problems
Advise customers on the care of their vehicle and the value of maintaining it to the manufacturer's standards
Progress check
Responsible for quality control to ensure that work is completed as requested to reduce comebacks
Qualifications
Two years of experience in a dealership position
Sales experience preferred
General knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations
Excellent communication skills
Neat, professional personal appearance
Must be organized and accurate with details
Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
Empathetic demeanor with good listening skills
Valid Illinois driver's license with an acceptable driving record
Hours
Monday: 6:45 a.m. until 6:00 p.m.
Tuesday through Friday: 6:45 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.
One Saturday per month: 6:30 a.m. until 12:00 p.m.
