Key responsibilities include performing and overseeing vendor-performed maintenance on lab systems and equipment, maintaining safe, organized lab spaces, and actively supporting lab personnel to ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction. The individual should be a motivated self-starter eager to contribute to building facilities support team unparalleled in its capabilities and expertise, have a willingness and aptitude for adoption of new technology, an ability to build relationships and work effectively in a cross-functional team, and commitment to the highest safety, quality, and customer service standards.

Requirements:

· Strong attention to detail.

· Committed team player, able to build and maintain strong, cross-functional relationships.

· CMMS experience, Blue Mountain RAM a plus.

· Must be able to lift 50 pounds unassisted, work on feet for extended periods.

· Must be able to work independently and in group settings with the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment on multiple projects of a critical nature.

· Effective use of technology, including Microsoft Office Suite, Building Management Control System (BMS), Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

· Passion for providing best-in-class customer service.

· Basic lab safety knowledge.

· 2 years of experience working in a biotech/pharmaceutical laboratory operations environment.

· Familiarity and knowledge of a variety of lab equipment including: various analytical instrumentation, centrifuges, incubators, refrigerators, freezers and biological safety cabinets.
