Cedar Ridge Behavioral Hospital at Bethany is a 56-bed psychiatric hospital offering adult behavioral health programs and treatment services. Our team of dedicated professionals provides crisis stabilization and medication management to patients who have disorders such as depression, anxiety, mood disorders, paranoia and schizophrenia. We provide a secure haven for patients who are having suicidal or homicidal thoughts. The Admissions Clinician RN provides telephonic and in-person risk assessment and crisis intervention, initial contact with referral sources and potential patients, coordinates the referral and intake process, determines appropriate level of care, facilitates the admission process and maintains communication with referral sources, families, patients and unit staff. Promotes patient care consistent with the philosophy and objectives of Cedar Ridge. Performs duties in accordance with the facility’s mission, values, policies, and behavioral standards.

• Required Valid Oklahoma RN license 
• CPR certification within 90 days of employment
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program required
• Prior intake, assessment, admission and crisis intervention expierience with a psychiatric mental health population, preferred 
• Experience in an inpatiet psychiatric setting, preferred
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Successfully complete a drug test
• Successfully pass a national background check
• Ability to push, pull and lift up to 40 pounds
• Intermittent sitting, standing, walking, bending and stooping
• Strong Computer skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Strong Leadership skills
