Valley Behavioral Health is seeking a dynamic Director of Outpatient Operations to join our team!!

The Director of Outpatient Operations has day-to-day responsibility for the management and operation of the outpatient clinic. Primary responsibility for the development, implementation and achievement of the clinic's strategic business plan in conjunction with routine operations to include quality of services, staff development, maintenance of licensure and accreditations, financial performance, partnership development, and continuous performance improvement. Monitors patient volumes, quality of care, and performance of staff to identify areas for improvement. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and are adhering to the approved budgets.

Location:  3550 East Pinchot Avenue, Phoenix, AZ 

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Education: Associate degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a program director or higher-level position. Experience with overseeing services in an outpatient environment, preferably in mental health.

Other Requirements: CPR, & Handle with Care.
