The UHS Corporate Learning/Performance Management Technology Department is hiring an LMS/Learning Management System Analyst who will be responsible assists in the management and maintenance of the LMS system for learning and performance management.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Ensuring database security and providing responses to process questions.
• Developing tip sheets and other resource materials to support facility level LMS administrators.
• Troubleshooting technical issues in consultation with internal partners and the vendor.
• Creating and uploading data import files when needed, resolving data import errors, performing system maintenance, uploading course content, developing rating scales and performance evaluations.
• Creating and maintaining Corporate-made assignments, generating reports upon request.
• Serves as the first point of contact for all end user inquiries and technical support.

Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Minimum of 1 year of experience with LMS administration and database management.

• Advanced ability to investigate, analyze, and solve complex problems/issues independently
• Excellent customer service
• Clear and effective verbal and written communication
• Ability to extract, analyze, summarize, and compile data
• Advanced Excel knowledge
• HealthStream LMS Enterprise Administrator and HPC Administrator experience preferred
• SFTP application experience
• Basic ability to use Articulate 360 and Brainshark
