Nurse Manager- Behavioral Health
Horizon Health is seeking a Nurse Manager for our BRAND NEW unit in Grand Forks, ND. This unit will be a 24 bed inpatient unit for both adult and pediatric patients. We are also planning to expand to an additional 24 beds in 2026. Altru Health System and Universal Health Services are working together in expanding inpatient behavioral health services.The Nurse Manager plans, implements, and evaluates delivery of overall nursing care to patients. He/she provides managerial support in conjunction with the clinical leadership by providing supervision and evaluation of all nursing and patient care personnel. He/she contributes to the facility through commitment to nursing goals, the supervision of clinical staff, participation on the treatment team(s).
Responsibilities:
Assure quality of care by adhering to therapeutic standards, measuring health outcomes against patient care goals and regulatory standards
Maintain continuity among nursing teams by documenting and communicating
