The UHS Corporate Human Resources Department is hiring a Senior HRIS Analyst to serve as the lead liaison to the HR community, system users, and IS department for system enhancements, upgrades, and functional testing of system modifications.
Key Responsibilities include:
Perform primary daily support for HRIS corporate and field end users to troubleshoot moderate to complex problems as they relate to HRIS related systems and processes
Serve as lead liaison to perform and coordinate testing for system issues and enhancements. Identifies data discrepancies and ensures data integrity within the system. Performs or recommends corrective action, process improvement, system modifications/enhancements, fixes, and upgrades
Perform mass data uploads into HRIS system with company-wide impact
Provide formal and informal training and consultation for end-users. Develop end user procedures, guides and training materials, including general communication, and ensuring all materials are current
Assist with other HRIS related projects including benefit testing for annual open enrollment, data conversion/setup for all new acquisitions and any new HR system implementations
Bachelor's degree with 5 years' experience in corporate HRIS systems.
