Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities

Essential functions will include :

General secretarial duties (filing, taking phone calls, scheduling appointments, making travel arrangements)

Provides administrative support to executive staff

Office management responsibilities, budgeting, personnel records and payroll

Required to work independently on projects requiring research and preparation of briefing charts and other presentation materials

Qualifications

• Education : High School diploma or GED
• Advanced level skills in Microsoft Office software suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and outside contacts
• Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability to work alone or as part of a team
