Overview SIMULATION ENGINEER (OSDJT): Bowhead seeks a Simulation Engineer to support the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD), Joint Test and Evaluation (JTE&E), Joint Program Office (JPO) supporting Joint/Joint Agency, Combatant Command, and Service joint tests and quick reaction tests. Responsibilities * Executing models and simulations to aid in developing and testing TTP through Distributed Interactive Simulation (DIS) networks as part of a Joint Live, Virtual, and Constructive (JLVC) environment. * LVC architecture servicing the CCMD exercises. * Operating or testing in an LVC environment and developing M&S services requirements to meet test event objectives. * Observing and analyzing test and evaluation operations to ensure conformity with military doctrines, policies, and procedures. * Providing consultation concerning M&S techniques for the design, development, and planning of M&S use and integration into JT&E projects. * Conducting research and coordination, develops program test plans and detailed test plans. Qualifications * Ten (10 ) years' of experience required. * Bachelor's degree in relevant field required * Proficient in Excel, Word, and Power Point.
