This position collaborates with industry leaders, community stakeholders, and academic units and colleges to develop and expand existing course programming to serve the educational needs of the region’s evolving workforce in alignment with the university’s strategic plan. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with academic and student support units to advance initiatives aimed at increasing enrollment, persistence, and graduation rates and oversight of marketing and community engagement efforts. This position provides leadership in strategic planning and serves as a key advocate and ambassador for the University of Idaho Coeur d'Alene, promoting its values, objectives, and commitment to educational excellence.
