Summary:Under general and direct supervision from a designated supervisor candidate will participate in the production, serving, setup and cleaning of food items.
Duties & Responsibilities:Participates in the set up and serving of meals. Replenish stock. Basic cooking-including but not limited-grilling, broiling, deep frying, assembling sandwiches, pizza, etc. Participates in the set up, breakdown and transfer of equipment. Participates in the setup, serving and breakdown of bars. Assists in routine maintenance and cleaning of related equipment. Serve food items to customer and maintain excellent customer relations. Assist with the safety, sanitation, security and operational procedures. Assist in the operation of the register.
