JOB SUMMARY:
Under general supervision directs andcoordinates all customer service-related activities in the facility. Hires, trains, supervises, andevaluates all customer service representatives and reservation clerks in thefacility.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
1. Select, hire, train, andevaluate staff that provide customer service to the public
2. Oversee the management ofrentals and reservations including working with customers
3. Provide customer service byregistering citizens for activities and receiving money and responding tocustomer inquiries.
4. Develop and implement a trainingand onboarding program for all CSRs and Reservation Clerks in the department.
5. Use and train on the currentreservation software utilized in the department.
OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS:
1. Prepare general reports onvarious program components and customer requests for information
2. Work with various organizations,individuals, and other departments to accommodate needs for facility access,program information or facility orientation.
3. Perform facility maintenancesuch as cleaning up spills and cleaning restrooms and weight room.
4. Assist with Camp Dream, Build aDream, Renew Active, Silver Sneakers, and Prime.
5. Operate a multi-line telephonesystem and take messages for appropriate staff.
6. Operateas a member of the facility management team.
