The Role

• Oversee the enhancement and implementation of digital solutions across all Microsoft 365 domains (minus niche areas to include Power Platform and Dynamics). Your role is particularly vital in the management and optimization of the Modern Workplace services and offerings.
• Deep and broad understanding of Microsoft 365 services to include greater than 10-years of experience in the Microsoft services and has current certifications in key areas, especially those related to Identity and Access Management, and Security and Compliance. Strong skills and experience in Microsoft 365 governance and operations.
• Minimum of 5-years in Microsoft 365 Architect roles.
• Experience in designing and building Microsoft 365 Roadmaps for mid / large companies.
• Conducts demonstrations of key areas of the Microsoft 365 stack.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong ability in translating complex and intricate technical language into understandable explanations.
• Understands and can explain Microsoft Licensing options to clients; able to conduct a licensing review of client Microsoft 365 tenants.
• Skilled in designing, building, and maintaining PowerShell scripts for Microsoft 365 services.
• Familiarity with other non-Microsoft tools and applications that may need to be integrated within the Microsoft 365 solutions, such as Okta.
