We are seeking a Commercial Construction Project Manager to join our small business team!

You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation. We have recently changed our office structure and are in need of a project manager for our day shift work.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
• Allocate resources for assigned projects
• Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
• Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
• Work with our field supervisor to keep costs under control and to catch all change orders

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in construction management or other related fields
• Familiarity with construction management software
• Strong leadership qualities
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Salary listed is for earned amount, benefits package is not included in this salary number
• Willing to work for a smaller family owned company and its associated smaller pay scale ​​​​​​
