Job Details:

Title & Location: Help Desk/PC Technician Marana, AZ

PAY: $20-24
START: ASAP
HOURS: 40 hours a week 
SHIFT: Monday-Friday F 8:00am - 5:00pm
DURATION: 6 months

Scope:

• Provide technical assistance and support to end users
• Monitor and update Helpdesk Tickets
• Take down and setup computer equipment
• Assist Network and Communications team when necessary
• Assist in monitoring and/or repairing/replacing network hardware as well as other tasks may be assigned as special projects arise.
• Assist with setting up Cisco Desk phones, Office 365 accounts and troubleshoot if there are issues.
• SMS REQUIREMENTS
• Will participate in and support safety initiatives, safe work practices and SMS compliance.
• Will participate in safety activities including the following: immediately reporting hazards, unsafe work practices and accidents/injuries.
• Will follow all safety rules, FAA regulations, PPE compliance and equipment operation requirements.
• JOB SPECIFICATIONS
  Knowledge, Skills and Abilities : Tech savvy with knowledge of office products. Intermediate understanding of Windows computer systems and software, Android and Apple mobile devices, multi-functional printer copiers and other tech products. Basic understanding of Networking concepts and technology. Customer-oriented and calm under fast deadlines.
  Education/Training: Some computer technical schooling, A Technician certification, or 3 years help desk PC tech experience, or a combination of schooling and experience preferred. High School Diploma required.
  Experience: Previous IT Helpdesk and PC Support experience preferred.
  Certificates/Licenses: Valid driver’s license required.
  Other: Will be required to work at both Marana, AZ and Tucson, AZ locations as business needs dictate.
