Position: HRIS Analyst
Location: Fort Worth, TX
Job Description: The HRIS Analyst will report to the Sr. Manager HR and will provide support for the following functional areas: HRIS, Payroll, and HR Document Management. The HRIS Analyst will manage data within the HRIS system for accurate deductions, taxes, reports, and data input/ output.
Responsibilities include:

• Data entry, maintenance, and audits in HRIS
• Generate and distribute various HR reports as needed.
• Perform statistical analysis on gathered HRIS data and run queries.
• Perform application upgrades, as well as provide technical support.
• Interprets Company policies and government regulations to ensure compliance.
• Anticipates future needs and ensures proper systems and settings are in place to meet the needs of the Company.
• Timely and accurate research and investigation of payroll discrepancies and employee issues
• Assist with research, process improvements and projects on an as needed basis.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• HS education or GED Equivalent; College degree preferred.
• HRIS System experience required; Oracle/ Redwood preferred.
• Strong skills particularly with Microsoft Excel and with Microsoft Office products
• Advances knowledge of EXCEL
• Extensive experience in analyzing HRIS.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and coordinate multiple tasks while also managing time effectively and meeting deadlines.
• Knowledge of general Human Resource practices
• Strong work ethic and team player
• High degree of professionalism and personal decorum
• Ability to present and communicate effectively with employees.
• Ability to deal sensitively and consistently maintain confidentiality.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving, prioritization and analytical skills
• Relevant training and/ or certifications as an HRIS Analyst preferred.
