In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the success of our marketing events by providing exceptional customer service to event attendees.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Greeting and Engaging Customers: Welcome customers and attendees at marketing events with enthusiasm and professionalism, creating a positive first impression
  • Providing Product Information: Offer detailed product information and answer inquiries from customers about our clients' products and services, demonstrating knowledge and enthusiasm
  • Assisting Customers with Transactions: Assist customers with purchases, registrations, or sign-ups for promotions as needed, ensuring a seamless and efficient process
  • Handling Customer Concerns: Address customer complaints or concerns in a prompt and courteous manner, escalating issues to management as necessary to ensure resolution
  • Maintaining Event Space: Ensure that the event space is clean and organized at all times, including setting up and breaking down displays and promotional materials as needed
  • Collecting Feedback: Collect customer feedback and data to provide insights for future event planning and improvement, contributing to the enhancement of the overall customer experience
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
