Commercial Collections Account Representative

Location: Lee, New Hampshire (100% onsite)

Pay/Compensation: $20-$25/hourly Uncapped Commission (Average performers earn nearly $90,000 - $110,000 in first year)

A privately woman-owned company is looking to add a charismatic and experienced Commercial Collector Account Representative to their team to support their collections department. Hours:

• Monday, Tuesday, Friday (8:00am - 5:00pm)
• Wednesday OR Thursday (10:00am - 7:00pm)

Responsibilities:

• Perform 100 outbound collection calls daily to collect on outstanding balances
• Interact with customers to resolve outstanding issues and assist with inquiries related to payment histories
• Conduct account research and maintain accurate aging reports
• Reconcile and resolve account discrepancies

Qualifications:

• MUST have PRIOR COMMERCIAL Collections Experience
• Ability to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a professional demeanor
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
