Ultimate Staffing is seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our client's team in Pompano Beach, FL. If you have a background in healthcare, call center operations, and a passion for providing excellent service, we want to hear from you!

We are searching for candidates on both First AND Second Shift!

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to medical offices and centers to collect reports and necessary documentation.
• Ensure timely and accurate retrieval of medical reports.
• Provide exceptional customer service to healthcare professionals and offices.
• Utilize your knowledge of the workers' compensation process to facilitate efficient communication and data collection.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and transactions.
• Handle inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and a high level of service.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a call center environment, specifically with outbound call experience.
• Background in healthcare, with an understanding of medical office operations and terminology.
• Familiarity with the workers' compensation process is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and relevant software applications.
