Job Description

Seeking a Project Coordinator for a technology company in the Minneapolis/Saint Paul area (must be local)!

• Pay range: $21-22/hour
• Schedule: Hours: M-F 8am-5pm
• Location: 100% In -office

Job Duties:

• Responsible for end-to-end project coordination responsibilities including project documentations, project set up and reporting.
• Assist in the completion of project tasks across multiple customers in a timeline driven environment
• Assist in documentation of implementation process including project plans, milestones, installation and troubleshooting guides.
• Provide updates for project status reports concentrating on schedule and deliverables.
• Identify improvements to processes, documents, tools, and reports.
• Participate in both team and client meetings.

Requirements

• Exceptional Customer Service and Project Management skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office(Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel) required
• Time management and organizational skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Experience with customer interaction and conflict resolution
